All prints and products are carefully packaged and shipped out of Raven Roxanne's studio in Charleston, South Carolina. You can expect your order to ship within 3-7 days of your purchase date. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
UNITED STATES — We currently use UPS and USPS for shipping orders within the United States. All original works ship free through UPS. All prints and products are shipped via USPS or UPS.
OUTSIDE THE US — Orders outside the US may require an additional invoice for shipping costs. At this time, we use USPS or DHL to ship all international orders. All order shipped internationally are final sale and any taxes + duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
